How to Service the Seat Switch for the Third Row Seat Heater on 2007 Ford Expedition?

Service of the seat heater switch in the third row starts with removing the right-hand rear quarter trim panel tray. The electrical connectors designed for the left-hand and right-hand switch wiring harnesses cannot be used interchangeably. Service the right-hand rear quarter trim panel to eliminate and replace the seat control switch using the two tabs on its mount. Remove the seat control switch through the opening and separate its electrical connector. After reversing the removal steps the new switch can be installed.
