How to Service and Repair the Cooling Hose for the Coolant Crossover Manifold Assembly on 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac?

In order to replace the coolant crossover manifold assembly, it is necessary to disconnect the battery, empty the cooling system, remove intake manifold. Disconnect the generator and its bracket and disconnect hoses to the manifold. Take off and install new gaskets and tighten the bolts to 10 Nm. The process is to reverse and re-install.
