How to Service the PCV Valve on 2007 Ford F-150?

The Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve service begins by removing the battery ground cable along with disconnecting the electrical PCV connector. After disconnecting the quick connect couplings one should remove the PCV tube. The removal of an old PCV valve requires immediate replacement with a new one because of which you should turn the old valve counterclockwise to free it then throw it away. To achieve installation success complete the steps in the reverse order of the removal sequence.
