How to remove and replace the flywheel on 2007 Ford F-350 Super Duty?

A vehicle must be prepared for flywheel replacement through transmission removal followed by pressure plate and clutch disc dismantling. First remove the flywheel by uninstalling the bolts then attach guide studs then disconnect all bolts before taking off the reinforcing ring of the 6.0L engine and the flywheel and ring gear assembly. Then remove the installed guide studs. Start by installing guide studs then put on the flywheel with its ring gear before installing the bolts. When installing the flywheel bolts for the 6.0L engine users must tighten them to 93 Nm (69 ft. lbs.) while the 5.4L and 6.8L engine users must achieve a bolt torque of 80 Nm (59 ft. lbs.). Installer completion of vehicle operation requires the installation of the clutch disc along with pressure plate followed by transmission reinstallation.
