2007 Ford Five Hundred Turn Signal Switch Parts Q&A

  • Q: How to service and repair the turn signal switch on 2007 Ford Five Hundred?
A: Start turn signal switch service and repair by first taking out the steering wheel then accessing the upper steering column shroud by pressing its sides inward. You should remove the steering column cover first by taking out the three screws which hold it in place. The next operation calls for dismantling of the three screws securing the lower steering column shroud before removing the lower shroud. The multi-function switch requires disconnecting its three electrical connectors before removing the four securing screws. The installation process requires following all steps backward of what was used for removal.
