Before working on the lower control arm it is necessary to take off the spring. Remove the cam adjuster nut followed by the cam adjuster and cam bolt components. Keep the cam bolt and nut because they will be discarded. The reinstall process requires tightening all components to 150 Nm (111 ft. lbs) torque. The service or repair process ends by executing the reverse actions previously used for removal.
