2007 Lincoln Navigator Turn Signal Switch Parts Questions & Experts Answers

  • Q: How to service and repair the turn signal switch on all on 2007 Lincoln Navigator?
A: To repair or service the turn signal switch for all vehicles it is necessary first to remove three screws allowing release of the upper retaining clips and then separate the lower steering column opening cover. A power tilt column requires three screws removal to access its shrouds as well as disconnecting the power tilt electrical connector switch from the lower shroud. Vehicles with manual tilt columns need to release their tabs to slide the gear selector cover next to the steering column shrouds before they can take off the three screws and remove the upper and lower steering column shrouds. The first step entails removing the two screws from the multi-function switch as well as disconnecting its electrical connector. The installation ends by performing the opposite steps used for removal.
