How to service and repair the Water Pump on 2007 Lincoln Town Car?

In order to service and repair the coolant pump, drain the cooling system, loosen the pulley-bolts, and take off the accessory drive-belt. Unscrew the bolts that attach the coolant pump pulley and the pump itself including the O-ring seal. Install the new pump using a lubricated O-ring at the seal, do not twist the housing. Lastly, fill and bleed cooling system.
