How to service the radiator cooling fan motor and shroud on 2007 Lincoln Town Car?

In order to service the radiator cooling fan motor and shroud, the battery ground must be disconnected, the cooling system has to be drained and the power steering has to be taken out. Disconnect hoses, take out the degas bottle and disconnect upper radiator hose. Disconnect the fan motor, take the assembly off and repeat the process in reverse.
