How to service the Wiper Pivot and mounting arm on 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis?

Removing the cowl grille, two nuts and storing purge valve aside, is required to service the wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft. Unscrew six bolts, unplug the wiper motor connector and washer hose, and repeat the steps in that order to assemble, installing the bolts to 12 Nm.
