How to Service and Repair the Ignition Lock Cylinder on 2007 Mercury Montego?

To maintain the ignition lock cylinder, disconnect the battery, loosen the screws of the lower steering column shroud and remove the shroud. Set the ignition key to ACC, and move the release pin to take out the cylinder, then perform another order of steps to put the new cylinder in place.
