The A/C compressor discharge fitting requires decommissioning its fitting nut for the removal of an O-ring seal and gasket seal before new installation at a torque specification of 15 Nm (11 lb-ft). The high-pressure cutoff switch electrical connector needs to be disconnected before removing the condenser inlet fitting through the process of nut removal which requires O-ring seal and gasket seal disposal followed by new fitting torque to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft). The removal procedure of compressor-to-condenser discharge line should be followed in reverse order to install new gasket seals and O-ring seals while performing refrigerant system lubrication with clean PAG oil. As the final operation, perform an evacuation followed by leak testing and then proceeding with charging the refrigeration system.
