How to Service the Auxiliary A/C Hose on Ford E-250?

In order to service the auxiliary A/C refrigeration line, disconnect the suction accumulator/drier and compressor suction line, remove clamps, remove the condenser to evaporator tube. Unscrew the underside tube, and screw the new line with PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil in, making sure that all parts are screwed back in place without damaging them.

The procedure to service suction accumulator on 4.6L, 5.4L and 6.8L engines will be to lift the car in neutral, drain out refrigerant and defuel the right front wheel. Dismantle and put new seals, lubricate it with PAG clean oil and repeat the process in the opposite order. Lastly, evacuate, leak test and charge system.
