How to Service the Auxiliary A/C Hose on Ford E-250?

Begin the auxiliary A/C refrigeration line servicing process by disconnecting the condenser to evaporator tube followed by suction accumulator/drier spring lock coupling and compressor suction line and using a wrench on both fitting ends to avoid damage. Service of the auxiliary A/C refrigeration line begins by removing the clamps in sequence and a screw followed by raising the vehicle to disconnect the underbody tube spring lock coupling then you can lower the vehicle while removing the auxiliary A/C refrigeration line. During installation service the new auxiliary A/C refrigeration line using PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil (R-134a Systems) F7AZ-19589-DA (Motorcraft YN-12-C) or an equivalent that matches Ford specification WSH-M1C231-B. Then route the line and elevate the vehicle before installing the underbody tube spring lock coupling before lowering the vehicle to complete the process. Install the compressor suction line while lubricating new O-ring seals with PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil before fitting them and protect both connections with wrenches to avoid damage. Begin by linking the suction accumulator/drier spring lock coupling then move forward with the four clamps and end with install of the condenser to evaporator tube.
