The brake light switch is serviced by making sure that the brake pedal, booster and master cylinder are intact and then the stoplamp switch is removed. Do not manipulate the brake pedal when removing or fitting. Unplug the electrical connector, turn the switch 45 degrees clockwise to take out, and the opposite to install.
