The next steps require removing the upper radiator hose clamp then the heater hose clamp before the bypass hose clamp. Position the bypass hose clamp down the hose after you release its clamp. You must remove the thermostat housing bolts followed by removing the housing itself. Tighten the new thermostat housing bolts to a torque value at 12 Nm (9 lb-ft).
