How to Service the A/C Expansion Valve on 2008 Ford Focus?

Service TXV, remove fitting nut, disconnect, and discard gasket seals. Unscrew the two bolts (fixed to 8 Nm at installation) and unscrew the TXV, without keeping the O-ring seals. Installation To install, reverse the procedure, replace seals with new ones and lubricate with clean PAG oil and then screw together to 15 Nm.
