To start service and repair of the fuel rail begin by first taking off the upper intake manifold and unfastening both the six fuel injector electrical connectors and fuel supply tube spring lock coupling. Start by removing the four fuel rail bolts which permits removal of the fuel rail combined with fuel injectors as a set before uncoupling six fuel injectors from the fuel rail and discarding the previous O-ring seals. Proceed with O-ring seal installation by applying engine oil to them and subsequently installing them onto fuel injectors before mounting the injectors to the fuel rail. You should connect the fuel rail along with fuel injectors as one assembly then tighten its four bolts to 10 Nm torque (89 lb-in torque). After connecting the fuel supply tube spring lock coupling and six fuel injector electrical connectors you should install the upper intake manifold before completing the process by reconnecting the battery ground cable.
