How to service the rear door power window motor on 2008 Ford Taurus?

In order to service the rear door window motor, detach the speaker and door trim panel. Disassemble electrical connections, take off screws and cover. This is to be done, in case the motor is not running, then lower the window to reveal the glass clamp bolt. Cover the window with tape, disconnect wiring and remove door module. Reverse the process and reinstall.
