How to service the LH front Power Window Motor on 2009 Ford Taurus?

The LH front door water shield and door trim are to be removed in order to service the LH front door window motor. Un-wire the motor, tape the glass, take off three screws. Installation Install the new motor by initializing, or install the old motor by de-initializing and then initializing. Uninstall the steps to install it.
