How to service the Wiper Pivot and mounting arm on 2008 Ford Taurus?

In order to service the wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft, remove the wiper pivot arms, cowl panel grille, disconnect the electrical connector, and remove three bolts. Install Re-Install the bolts to tighten them to 8 Nm (71 lb-in) and follow the steps of removal, fixing the position of the pivot arms on the wipers.
