How to remove and reinstall the rear Center Console Base on 2008 Ford Taurus X?

In order to unscrew the rear floor console, loosen the second-row seats and remove the 4 bolts, and bind them with 7 Nm (62 lb-in) on installation. The rear floor console can be easily fitted back in the same way but reversed.
