How to Service and Repair Blower Control Switches on 2008 Lincoln MKX?

In order to service the blower motor switch, you have to remove a glove compartment and the glove compartment damper. Loose the electrical connector that links to the blower motor speed control, and then take off its two securing screws. Once the blower motor speed control has been removed, place it back in by inverting the removal steps.
