How to service and repair the intake air duct on 2008 Lincoln Navigator?

Start the intake air duct servicing process by taking off the two bolts which secure the engine appearance cover. Move forward by loosening the clamps which hold the air cleaner outlet pipe before taking off the pipe itself. When installing the new air cleaner outlet pipe use the alignment indicator to position it correctly while tightening both clamps to 4 Nm (35 lb-in). Position the engine appearance cover and install its two bolts before tightening them to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).
