Installation of the new brake flexible hose starts with removing its flow bolt and throwing away the two copper washers and subsequently tightening the bolts to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft). Fitting begins with cutting the caliper guide bolts then install them back using a torque of 35 Nm (26 lb-ft). The brake caliper needs removal while you extract the brake pads that reside inside it.
