How to Address Issues with the Seat Motor in the Third Row on 2008 Mercury Mountaineer?

When maintaining the third-row power-fold seat motor, place the operating motor backrest with the opposite one that will not work. Unscrew the seat, strip off the required bolts and take off the trim cover with caution. Remove the latch with the motor, and tighten bolts on reinstallation. Do the reverse to finish the process.
