In order to fix the timing chain tensioner, take off the engine front cover then adjust the crankshaft timing marks. Install secure camshafts and delete VCT housings and tensioners. Install new parts making sure that they fit correctly and meet the torque specifications. Lastly, check timing marks, reinstall new seals and refit engine front cover.
