Screw removal must occur first by taking out the two nuts binding the transmission support insulator to both the crossmember and extension housing while also removing the two screws connecting the insulator to the housing. As a next step, raise the transmission and remove the transmission support insulator. The new transmission support insulator must be placed before lowering the transmission onto it.
