How to Service and Repair the Power Steering Cooler on 2009 Ford Explorer Sport Trac?

In order to service and repair the power steering cooler, place the vehicle on a hoist then disconnect the cooler to the fluid reservoir. Disassemble the splash shield, bottom radiator air deflector, unscrew the hose clamps and take off the steering line clamp plate. Install new O-ring seals and make a reverse operation of the removal to complete the installation.
