How to service and repair the crankshaft pulley on 2009 Ford F-150?

To service the crankshaft pulley, make sure that the car is on neutral on a hoist. Take away the cooling fan and accessory drive belt. Attach a 3-Jaw Puller and remove the pulley, apply sealant and then cut a new pulley with a bolt and tighten it in stages. Install the cooling fan and the belt once again.
