    A: Start service and repair efforts of the condenser to evaporator line by hoisting the vehicle on a platform while it remains in NEUTRAL position. Start by evacuating refrigerant while you remove the lower splash guard of the radiator. Replace the O-ring seal together with the gasket seal when installing the new condenser outlet fitting which requires a torque of 15 Nm (133 lb-in). Take off the EVAP canister purge valve heat shield after removing its two pin-type retainers and unscrew the two bolts fixing the EVAP canister purge valve bracket. The installation of a new fitting requires disconnecting the Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) fitting by removing the fitting nut followed by discarding the gasket seals before tightening the new fitting to 15 Nm (133 lb-in). To start the procedure disconnect the A/C pressure transducer electrical connector and remove the right-hand shock tower condenser-to-evaporator line bracket bolt which should be tightened to 11 Nm (97 lb-in) upon reinstallation. Start by removing the two bolts from the coolant reservoir followed by setting it to the side and after that detached the condenser-to-evaporator line from the inner fender while taking out the line. Installing involves the opposite sequence to removal steps while using new gasket seals and installing O-ring seals together with proper PAG oil lubrication of the refrigerant system. The refrigerant system should end with evacuation followed by leak testing before charging completes the process.
