How to Service and Repair the EGR Valve on 2009 Ford Fusion?

To fix the EGR valve, empty the cooling system, take away the air cleaner outlet pipe and loosen the EGR valve connector. Unattach hoses and loosen EGR valve bolts, and dispose gasket. Fit the new valve making sure it is tightened to 20 Nm and clean the surfaces using a plastic tool. Repart assemble and refill the cooling system.
