How to Service the Secondary Air Injection Pump on 2009 Ford Fusion?

To service Secondary Air Injection (Air) pump, place the vehicle in Neutral on a hoist. Unscrew underbody cover screws, unscrew the electrical connector and hoses of the Air pump, dismount the pump assembly. Assemble the new part and screw the bolts to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft) and undo the steps of removal.
