How to service the rear seat armrest on 2009 Lincoln MKS?

In order to maintain the rear seat armrest, you must pull aside the backrest trim cover and foam pad to see and remove the armrest bolt and washer. Tighten the bolt to 23 Nm (17 lb-ft). Take out the cup holder and screws and follow up the same process when replacing.
