How to service the seat heater and replace the seat cushion thermo-electric device (TED) on 2009 Lincoln MKS?

To service the seat heater, and change the thermo-electric device (TED), switch off the ignition and wait one minute. Stripe out needed parts, snap out wire connectors and strip off the TED. Install the TED once again, mount back all the parts and reset the Occupant Classification Sensor, in case the passenger seat was repaired.
