The latch installation requires tightening it to 9 Nm torque value (80 lb-in torque equivalent). The two bolts which hold the luggage compartment lid latch striker should also be removed except when necessary. Installation requires tightening these bolts to 12 Nm (106 lb-in). The service installation finishes by performing steps in reverse order to removal.
