LH temperature blend door actuators function within dual-zone Electronic Automatic Temperature Control (EATC) vehicles to control the left side temperature blend door but such vehicles without Electronic Manual Temperature Control (EMTC) do not use this component. Activation of the power source begins with removing the electrical connector from the LH temperature blend door actuator. After removing the two actuator screws follow installation by securing them with 3 Nm (27 lb-in). To install the actuator reverse the steps used in removal.
