Use the passenger air bag module opening to reach and loosen the duct screws on the RH panel and the upper RH center panel before removing the duct screw positioned near the RH lower rear corner of the audio unit. The pin-type wire harness retainer should be detached first while removing the lower RH center panel duct screw. Through the glove compartment opening disconnect the electrical connector of the RH temperature blend door actuator and detach the wire harness pin-type retainer which sits above the evaporator discharge air temperature sensor. Exercise extreme care when handling the RH temperature blend door actuator screws to avoid their accidental entry into the plenum chamber since it may result in airflow mode door obstruction or noise creation.
