How to Service the Oil Pressure Switch on Ford Crown Victoria?

To service the oil pressure switch, put the vehicle in neutral in a hoist and cut the fire suppression system off (where fitted). Unplug the battery ground and oil pressure switch connector. Install the new switch, screwing it as tight as 14 Nm and an extra 180 degrees and repower the fire system where necessary.
