How to program keyless entry transmitters on Ford Crown Victoria?

The process to program keyless entry transmitters becomes possible only when the anti-theft system remains unarmed and non-active. Turning the ignition switch from OFF to RUN four times within three seconds and stopping on RUN will enter program mode which causes the locks to operate. A keyless entry remote transmitter will lock and unlock the door to confirm programming if any button is pressed. To program more remote transmitters do the ignition sequence again before 7.5 seconds expire. Program mode can be exited by waiting for a complete 7.5 seconds.
