How to service the front seat armrest on Ford E-150?

To fit replacement armrest on the front seat, first unscrew the hook-and-loop on the rear trim cover to expose the bolt. Take out the bolt and the crown washer and substitute the washer upon assembly. Tighten the bolt to 35 Nm (26lb-ft) and repeat the reverse.
