How to service the front seat armrest on Ford E-150?

First service the front seat armrest by unscrewing its bolt while accessing its location through opening the cover by partially inverting it. After removing the armrest bolt substitute the crown washer and bolt it into place using a torque value of 35 Nm (26 lb-ft). Begin the front seat armrest service with bolt removal followed by throwaway of the crown washer until you install a new washer before tightening the bolt to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft). Execute the reverse of removal steps to accomplish the complete installation.
