How to Service the Canister Purge Valve on Ford E-150 Econoline?

In order to service the Canister Purge Valve, unplug the battery ground cable, and then take out the electrical connector, the vacuum control hose and two emission tubes. Removal of the securing nuts removes the valve. Installation follows the opposite steps but this time, leak test and verification drive cycle should be carried out to check functionality.
