Service of the Crankshaft Position Sensor requires beginning by disconnecting the battery ground cable. Continue with the service procedure by elevating the vehicle through use of supports. Take out the five pin-type retainers from the air deflector to remove it. The Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor electrical connector needs removal prior to bolt removal from the CKP sensor assembly.
