To service the windshield washer pump, lift hood, open battery and tray, pull off washer pump and washer reservoir. Take fluid, empty the pump out of the reservoir, and place by inverting procedure. Pour the reservoir, and then reconnect the battery: this can cause the vehicle to have to learn its adaptive strategy again.
