In order to fix the 4R70E/4R75E transmission mount, jack-up the car and take out the transmission insulator nuts. A transmission jack separates the transmission and the crossmember, remove the insulator and retainer. Install parts, screw in bolts up to 90 Nm (66 lb-ft) and get the vehicle down.

In order to service the transmission mount, make sure the vehicle is on neutral on a hoist. Take off the insulator and retainer fasteners and then raise the transmission with a high-lift jack. Fit the insulator and retainer, to loosely fit the bolts, and tighten to 94 Nm (69 lb-ft).
