How to service and repair the Water Pump for 4.6L, 5.4L, and 6.8L engines on Ford E-150?

To fix the coolant pump of 4.6L, 5.4L, and 6.8L engine, remove the fan, and clutch and then the coolant pump pulley and the pump bolts. Clean up surfaces, lubricate a new O-ring and fit and do not rotate the pump. Tighten 25 Nm bolts, replace pulley and fan.
