In order to fix the exterior sliding door handle, begin by taking out the sliding door latch remote control. Then remove the two nuts that attach the handle. Installation In installation of the new handle, tighten the nuts to 12 Nm (9 lb-ft) and then revert the installation procedure.

How to service the rear exterior door handle on Ford E-250?

To service the handle of the rear door, pull off the door trim and watershield. In the case of a front and sliding door, the handle-to-latch rod is disconnected. In the case of the right rear door, remove the screws of the license plate housing. Remove rivets on all the doors except the sliding door which you take out nuts. Reverse to install.
