How to service and repair the lower intake manifold on Ford E-250 Econoline?

In order to replace the lower intake manifold, disassemble the intake manifold spacer, EGR valve vacuum hose and radiator upper hose. Unscrew fuel lines and electric connections. Take out the lower intake manifold sealing components and bolts. Install new seals and gaskets, and install everything again in the correct order tightening bolts in stages.
