How to service the radiator on Ford Edge?

The service process begins with draining fluid from the cooling system. The first step involves taking out the cooling fan motor along with the shroud before proceeding to remove the front bumper cover. Detach the upper radiator hose along with the lower degas bottle hose from the radiator before you disconnect the lower radiator hose. You should elevator the tabs from the radiator support to shift the radiator toward the engine position. Initial service with the radiator begins by taking out the two bolts securing the A/C condenser that enables separate condenser removal. During the reinstallation process follow the maintenance requirements by adjusting the bolts to reach 10 Nm (89 inch lbs). Reverse the disassembly steps to install the radiator while completing cooling system filling then bleeding.
