How to service the Cooling Fan Assembly and Fan Clutch on Ford Expedition?

Begin service of the cooling fan and fan clutch by removing four bolts to detach the cooling fan from the clutch before separating them. When installing the cooling fan components tighten the bolts to 17 Nm (13 ft. lbs.) while performing the steps in the reverse order of disassembly.
