How to Service and Repair the Water Pump on Ford Expedition?

In order to service the coolant pump, empty the cooling system, take out the fan, and unscrew the pulley bolts (tighten to 25 Nm when retightened). Disassemble, disconnect the drive belt, the bolts of the pumps and the pulleys, get rid of the O-ring, and vice versa, putting a new O-ring greased with coolant along.
